Grants and Contracts Administrator - Remote. Candidates residing in Alaska, Washington, Montana, Oregon, California, Texas or New Mexico are encouraged to apply.

Responsible for coordination of assigned projects and program support needs that lead to and maintain standardization. Provides guidance on compliance with federal and non-federal regulatory requirements while identifying needs for policy updates. Tracks and reports performance metrics for the Office of Sponsored Projects to leadership. Manages transactional processes such as data review, financial entries, A/R, and A/P. Position is considered a mid-level role in the Sponsored Projects series.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Law, Public Administration or related field from college or university. Or



• 4 years of applicable experience in healthcare, research, finance, accounting, education, or legal fields.



• 3 years of closely related experience in healthcare, research, finance, accounting, education or legal fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Upon hire: Accounting and Research-related certifications



• 2 years of experience in research/grant/healthcare administration.
